• Recruited, mentored, and managed a 3 to 4 person frontend team, scaling engineering from founder-led development into a structured product-engineering function across mobile and web, establishing the processes, code standards, and review culture that let the team ship quickly and onboard new hires with minimal ramp-up.
• Built and scaled the company's web growth engine, landing pages, health library, content infrastructure, and web app surfaces serving 500K+ monthly visits, engineered for SEO, fast Core Web Vitals (sub-2s mobile LCP, TTFB under 400ms), localization across 37+ languages, and conversion-quality UX.
